By a case management order dated the 3 July 2024 and sent to the parties the same day, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: a. the claimant had not complied with the order of Employment Judge Gray to provide a schedule of loss by 26 March 2024 b. the claimant failed respond to the respondent’s solicitor’s letter about the bundle for the 3 July hearing dated 4 June 2024 2. The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out. 3.
