This page explains what personal data Tribunal Intel receives, how it is used, and what is and is not part of the service.

What this service is

Tribunal Intel is a research product built around published UK employment tribunal judgments and related public data sources.

The underlying judgments are public documents. Tribunal Intel adds search, structure, summaries, and analysis on top of that public record.

Personal data we may collect

Depending on how you use the site, Tribunal Intel may receive:

  • account details needed for sign-in, if you create an account
  • contact details and message content if you use the contact form
  • basic analytics, usage, and security data such as page requests, timestamps, and device metadata
  • searches, filters, or feature interactions used to operate and improve the product

How Tribunal Intel uses that data

  • to operate search, analysis, and account features
  • to respond to support requests, corrections, and feedback
  • to detect abuse, protect the service, and enforce rate limits
  • to understand product usage and improve features over time

Tribunal Intel does not claim ownership over the underlying public judgments. Personal data submitted by users is used to run the service, not to provide a law-firm style client file.

Public judgment data

Tribunal Intel indexes and processes published employment tribunal decisions and related public material. Those documents may contain personal data that already appears in the public record.

If you believe a page contains a factual error, sensitive issue, or processing problem, use the contact page so it can be reviewed.

Third-party services

Tribunal Intel relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, analytics, authentication, and email.

Those providers may process technical data needed to deliver the service. Their own privacy terms will also apply where relevant.

Retention and contact

User-submitted data is retained for operational, security, and support purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.

Questions about privacy or data handling can be sent through the contact page.
