The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal as she had less than two years’ continuous service contrary to s. 108 Employment Rights Act 1996. That claim is therefore dismissed. 2. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s complaint of disability discrimination as it was brought outside of the period of three months, and it would not be just and equitable to extend time under s. 123(1)(b) Equality Act 2010. Those complaints are also dismissed. 3.
