The complaint of race discrimination brought under the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed on withdrawal. 3. The claimant has withdrawn her application to amend her claim to bring a new compliant of wrongful dismissed in respect of notice pay, which is dismissed. 4. The claims of unfair dismissal brought under section 94 and 98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and pregnancy discrimination brought under section 18 of the Equality Act 2010 will proceed to a final hearing.
