The Claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is dismissed on withdrawal. 2. The Claimant was unfairly dismissed by the Respondent. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a basic award of £6,820. 3. The Respondent is ordered to pay a compensatory award in the net sum of £10,000. 4. The compensatory award is subject to a 10% uplift due to the Respondent’s failure to act in accordance with the ACAS guidelines and shall pay the Claimant the sum of £1,000. 5. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant for loss of statutory rights the sum of £500.
