The Claimants claims for discrimination on the grounds of disability in respect of matters arising before August 2024 struck out as not being in time. Specifically, the following claims are stuck out: a The Claimant’s claims for discrimination arising from disability under s. 15 of the Equality Act 2010 in respect of: i How she was described in the Occupational health Report of 25/11/2021; ii The refusal to share the content of the Occupational health report of 25/11/2021with the Claiamnt until January 2022; iii Requiring the Claiamnt to submit to assessments between October 2021 and 2022; and CMD-Ord 2 of 2 February 2025 iv Referral of the Claiamnt to the DVLA in July 2021. b The Claimant’s claims for victimisation under s. 21 of the Equality Act 2010 in respect of the action taken in respect of the social media posts. c The complaints of harassment contrary to section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 are struck out in their entirety. 3.
