Case No: 6019213/2024 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mr Q Mema Respondent: Brentford Property Investments Ltd JUDGMENT 1. The Respondent has admitted liability in respect of the Claimant’s claims for notice pay, statutory redundancy pay and accrued but untaken holiday pay. 2. The parties agreed that the total sum due to the Claimant is £17,561.25, comprising: a. £5,786.25 in respect of unpaid notice pay; b. £10,150.00 in respect of statutory redundancy pay; and c. £2,125.00 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday pay, less the sum of £500.00 already paid. 3. The Claimant confirmed at the preliminary hearing on 20 November 2025 that no further sum was pursued and that the claim for unfair dismissal was withdrawn. 4. Accordingly, the Tribunal orders that the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £17,561.25. REASONS Background 5. The Claimant was employed by the Respondent until the termination of his employment on 24 June 2024. 6. The Claimant brought claims for unfair dismissal, statutory redundancy pay, notice pay, holiday pay and arrears of pay. 7. At a preliminary hearing conducted on 20 November 2025 the Respondent accepted that it was liable to the Claimant in respect of statutory Case No: 6019213/2024 redundancy pay, notice pay and holiday pay. The Respondent confirmed that the total sum due was £17,561.25. 8. That sum comprised: a. £5,786.25 in respect of unpaid notice pay; b. £10,150.00 in respect of statutory redundancy pay; and c. £2,125.00 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday pay, less £500.00 already paid. 9. The Claimant confirmed that this was the full amount sought. In light of the Respondent’s admissions, the Claimant withdrew the claim for unfair dismissal. 10.
