The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to decide the allegations of direct sex discrimination or harassment at allegation 3.2.1.5 and 6 and the allegations of direct race discrimination or harassment at allegations 3.2.2.10(a) and 3.2.2.10(b) and 6.
