EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: J Penalva Respondent: Leeds Beckett University JUDGMENT 1 The complaint of race discrimination is struck out. REASONS 1. By a Deposit Order sent to the parties on 5 September 2023 the Tribunal ordered the claimant to pay a deposit to pursue his complaint of race discrimination because it had little reasonable prospect of success. 2. The claimant has failed to pay the deposit by the due date. The complaint of race discrimination is therefore struck out.
