EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Ms S J Marley Respondent: Alexander Albert Limited t/a Nouveau Legal JUDGMENT The claim of automatically unfair dismissal is struck out pursuant to Rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2024. REASONS 1. The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £5 following a preliminary hearing held on 6 August 2025. The Order was sent to the claimant on 29 September 2025. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint is therefore struck out under rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024. 2.
