REASONS 1. The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £75 per allegation (thus £150 in total) following a preliminary hearing held on 23 October 2025. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 2 December 2025. The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints set out at Issues 3.1.2 and 6.1.5 of the list of issues dated 23 October 2025 are therefore struck out under rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024. 2.
