The complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded. The claimant was unfairly dismissed. 2. The claimant did not cause or contribute to the dismissal by blameworthy conduct. 3. There is no deduction for contributory fault or in respect of Polkey. 4. The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is well- founded. 5. As the judgment deals with liability only, a notice of hearing to determine remedy and any case management orders will be sent separately. 6.
