The complaints of direct race discrimination which occurred before 15 November 2023 were brought out of time. It was not just and equitable to extend time and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider and determine them. 2. The complaints of victimisation which occurred before 13 April 2024 were brought out of time. It was not just and equitable to extend time and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider and determine them. 3. The remaining complaints of direct race discrimination were not made out and are dismissed. 4. The remaining complaints of victimisation were not made out and are dismissed. 5.
