The claimant’s claims that he was subjected to detriments on the ground of having made protected disclosures under section 47B Employment Rights Act 1996 are not well founded and are dismissed. 2. The claimant’s claim for automatic unfair dismissal under sections 103A Employment Rights Act 1996) is not well founded and is dismissed. 3. The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal (ordinary unfair dismissal under section 94 Employment Rights Act 1996) is not well founded and is dismissed. REASONS Claims and issues 4. The claimant’s claims were: Case No: 3200291/2023 4.1. he had been subjected to detriments on the ground that he had made a protected disclosure – section 47B Employment Rights Act 1996; 4.2. that he was automatically unfairly dismissed because the reason or principal reason for dismissal was that he had made a protected disclosure – section 103A Employment Rights Act 1996; and 4.3. ordinary unfair dismissal – section 98 Employment Rights Act 1996. 5. A final list of issues had been agreed at a preliminary hearing held on 9 October 2023 and 22 January 2024.
