Case Summary
Employment Judge Liz Ord struck out two discrimination allegations made by Mrs G Rosenow against Achieving for Children. The first allegation concerning a non-functioning laptop was struck out as an abuse of process as it was part of an earlier struck out claim. The second allegation concerning a 2020 restructuring was struck out as having no reasonable prospects of success due to time limit concerns.
Why this outcome?
No reasonable prospectsThe tribunal struck out the first allegation as an abuse of process because it had formed part of an earlier claim that was already struck out. The second allegation was struck out on the basis that it had no reasonable prospects of success, being likely to be found out of time with no realistic prospect of time being extended.

The following allegations concerning the claimant’s discrimination claims are struck out: a. The respondent not providing the claimant with a properly functioning laptop in around 2020. The reason being that it is an abuse of process because it was part of an earlier claim that was struck out. b. The respondent’s restructuring in 2020 impacting the claimant. This has no reasonable prospects of success, as it is likely it would be found to be out of time and unlikely that time would be extended. _____________________________ Employment Judge Liz Ord Date 10 February 2026 _____________ Sent to Parties. 16 February 2026 Case No: 2306848/2023 1.
