EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mr M Blagrove Respondent: Compass Group UK and Ireland Limited JUDGMENT The decision of the tribunal is that the claims are struck out on the grounds that they have not been actively pursued. REASONS 1. The claimant brought his claim on 3 November 2023. His last contact with the employment tribunal was on 10 December 2023. 2. The claimant failed to respond to a letter from the tribunal dated 21 August 2023. 3. On 7 April 2025 the claimant failed to attend a video preliminary hearing despite attempts to contact him. 4. In his case management order made on that day, Judge O’Neill warned the claimant that he was considering striking out the claim. 5. The claimant was invited to send any objections to that proposal by 2 May 2025, giving his reasons. 6. The claimant did not respond. 7.
