The Claimant’s claim is therefore dismissed. REASONS Preliminary 1. The Claimant presented this claim against the Respondent, her employer, on 2 June 2023. 2. Early conciliation started on 22 March 2023 and ended on 3 May 2023. 3. The List of Legal and Factual Issues in the claim had been agreed as follows: 2 Time Limits 1. Whether claim(s) in time – Equality Act 2010 Claims 1.1 Were the discrimination and victimisation complaints made within the time limit in section 123 of the Equality Act 2010?
