EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS (SCOTLAND) Employment Judge: D Hoey Ms L Sharpe Claimant Rio Sol Ltd Respondent JUDGMENT The claim is struck out under rule 38 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the grounds that the claim has not been actively pursued in terms of rule 38(1)(d). REASONS 1. On 12 May 2025 we wrote to the Claimant to provide further information, no reply was received so a further letter was sent on 20 May 2025 but again no reply was received from the Claimant 2. A strike out warning letter was then issued on 30 May 2025 giving the Claimant until 13 June 2025 to respond or give reasons why such a Judgment should not be issued. 3. The claimant has failed to respond or give reasons why such a judgment should not be made or to request a hearing.
