The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract in respect of failure to pay notice pay and a completion bonus is well founded and succeeds. 2. The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages in respect of unpaid salary for August, October and November 2025 is well founded and succeeds. 3. The Claimant’s claim for failure to pay holiday pay is well founded and succeeds. 4. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums: a. In respect of unpaid wages for August, October and November 2025, the gross sum of £17,499; b. In respect of notice pay, the gross sum of £5,833; c. In respect of the completion bonus, the gross sum of £7,083; and d. In respect of failure to pay holiday pay the gross sum of £6,192. 5. The Claimant may be liable to tax on all of these sums.
