The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of work done on 31 st July and 1 st , 4 th , 5 th , 6 th , 7 th and 8 th August 2025. 2. The respondent shall pay the claimant £1,400, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
