EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant:Mr T Dawkins Respondent:Switch My Business Group Limited JUDGMENT 1. The claim was presented in the Midlands West Employment Tribunal on 6 August 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure. 2. The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages during the period 27 May 2024 – 5 July 2024. 3. The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant a sum of £4989.20, calculated as follows: - 27 May 2024 – 31 May 2024 5 days x £153.84 = £769.20. - 3 June 2024 – 28 June 2024 £3948.71 - 1 July 2024 – 5 July 2024 5 days x £153.84 = £769.20. £769.20 - £497.24 (already paid on 5 July 2024) = £271.96.
