The judgment of EJ Southam (at hearing on 23 February 2017) sent to parties on 28 February 2017 is not varied or revoked. 2. Because of that judgment, the claimants are not entitled to apply to amend these current claims to include periods prior to 1 November 2013. 3. Following my decisions above, by consent, in accordance with Rule 64, the following judgment is issued. 4. The Respondent underpaid the claimants in relation to holiday pay, in the period 1 November 2013 to 7 June 2016, and agrees to make the following payments to the Claimants by 21 August 2024. The figures mentioned below are gross and will be subject to PAYE deductions, so that the claimants will receive the appropriate net payment after PAYE, but without any other deduction or set off.
