Mr Ziga’s complaint of the Respondent’s failure to make reasonable adjustments succeeds in so far only as it relates to a period of 4 shifts on 1 Case Number:- 3301401/2021; 3311036/2022; 3306954/2023. 2 to 4 December 2020. Subject to hearing evidence and submissions on remedy, it is likely that the compensation the Tribunal will award Mr Ziga in this respect will be modest. 2. In all other respects, Mr Ziga’s complaint of failure to make reasonable adjustments and all of his other claims, have failed. 3.
