The claim for constructive unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed. 2. The claim for discrimination arising from disability fails and is dismissed. 3. The claim that the respondent failed to make reasonable adjustments fails and is dismissed. 4. The claim for disability related harassment fails and is dismissed. 5. The claimant was employed by the respondent from 4 January 2016 until 28 February 2020 when her employment terminated by reason of her resignation. 2. On 12 June 2020 the claimant issued proceedings in the Employment Tribunal following a period of Early Conciliation that started on 29 April 2020 and ended on 15 May 2020. The claim form includes complaints of constructive unfair dismissal, age, sex and disability discrimination. The claim, in essence, is about the way in which the claimant alleges that she was treated at work when experiencing symptoms of the perimenopause and the menopause. 3. There have been a number of preliminary hearings in this case.
