The respondent made an unauthorised deduction of wages by failing to pay the claimant his full wages for August 2023, and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £634.90 gross. 2. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction of wages by failing to pay the full service charge (bonus) for the 7 months of his employment from 1 February to 1 September 2023, and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of 898.33 gross. The respondent has failed to pay outstanding annual leave on termination of the contract amounting to 9 days, and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £995.22 gross. 4. The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars and is ordered to pay 2 weeks’ gross pay in compensation, amounting to £884.64 gross.
