EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimants:John Atkinson Graham Batchelor James Bezant Clinton Boston Liam Ferguson Grant Hoy Ronald Mission MW Pope Gavin Rodgers Kevin Scott Martin Shelton Josh Simons Justin Smith Colin Taylor David Wilson Respondent:UK Power Networks (Operations) Ltd JUDGMENT The claims are struck out. REASONS 1.These claims are part of a multiple claim presented to the Tribunal on 25 May 2023 (The Multiple). The lead claimant was David Hall. 2.The Tribunal issued a judgment on 21 October 2025 dismissing the claims brought by all of the claimants in theMultiple, except for 15. Those remaining 15 claims from theMultiple are the claims that are the subject of this judgment. 3.The Tribunal wrote to the claimants on 15 October 2025 warning them that the Tribunal was considering striking out the claims. This was because it appeared to the Tribunal, applying Rule 38 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, that:  the claims had not been actively pursued. 4.The letter gave the claimants an opportunity to explain why their claims should not be struck out, or to request a hearing at which to do so. The claimants had not replied by the reply date of 22 October 2025. 5.I am satisfied that the grounds for striking out the claims under Rule 38 apply, and that it would be in accordance with the overriding objective in Rule 3 to strike out the claims. 6.The claims are therefore struck out. Approved by: Employment Judge Ramsden Date: 07 January 2026 JUDGMENT SENT TO THE PARTIES ON 21 January 2026 FOR THE TRIBUNAL OFFICE P Wing
