The following complaint of direct race discrimination is struck out: From December 2022, Mr Jas Baweja criticised and demotivated the claimant in the following ways: (i) Constant criticism of the claimant and the claimant did not get credit for work she had done; (ii) After the claimant made a complaint and request to change line management in June 2023, Mr Baweja’s treatment of the claimant worsened. He constantly attacked her and tried to make her leave the firm. 2. The claimant’s remaining complaints will proceed to a final hearing starting on 8 June 2026.
