Decision Text
EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mr C Bell Respondent: Leeds Beckett University JUDGMENT The claim is struck out. REASONS 1. The Tribunal wrote to the Claimant on 24 November 2023 warning him that the claim might be struck out because it has not been actively pursued. The Claimant was given the opportunity explain why the claim should not be struck out. The Claimant has not responded. His previous correspondence on 14 November 2023 suggested that he did not object to his claim being struck out. It is therefore in the interests of justice to strike out the claim. 2. The hearing fixed for 15 January 2024 to 18 January 2024 will not take place. Employment Judge Davies 7 December 2023
