The claimant’s claim that he was wrongfully dismissed, that is his claim of breach of contract with regard to notice of termination, is dismissed upon his having withdrawn it. 2. For the avoidance of doubt, in so far as the claimant had made any claims of his being subjected to health and safety related detriments (s.44 Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA)), or of a health and safety related dismissal (s.100 ERA) they are dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.
