The Respondent will pay the Claimant £12,500 net (i.e. in his pocket) within 28 days but using best endeavours to pay within 14 days. 2. The Respondent will indemnify the Claimant against any tax and national insurance due on the sum the net of which is the £12,500 aforesaid. The Respondent will pay any tax direct to the Inland Revenue. 3.
