The claimant is entitled to damages in the sum of £2,574 (agreed figure), to which an agreed offset in the sum of £190.08 is to be applied. Damages payable to the claimant are therefore in the sum of £2,383.92 (agreed figure). 2 The claimant’s claim of an unlawful deduction from wages by way of non payment of the National Minimum Wage succeeds. The respondent shall pay to the claimant wages in the sum of £45.76 (gross).
