REASONS 35 1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 6 October 2023 in which she complained that she had been automatically unfairly dismissed for reasons relating to her pregnancy/maternity, discriminated 4105678/23 Page 2 against on the grounds of pregnancy/maternity, unlawfully deprived of pay and holiday pay, and that the respondent failed to provide her with payslips and a P45 or a P60. 2. The respondent submitted an ET3 response form in which they resisted all claims made by the claimant. 5 3. A Hearing was listed to take place at the Glasgow Employment Tribunal on 20 to 22 August 2024.
