The respondent is Ordered to pay the following sums to the claimant and a declaration of unauthorised deduction from wages is made: Underpayment of the national minimum wage of £2,287.94; Failure to pay holiday pay £592; and Under s.24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996 the sum of £1,229 which the claimant owes to the DWP in respect of Universal Credit. The total sum due to the claimant is £4,108.94 gross.
