Detriments on the grounds of public interest disclosures. 2. Constructive Unfair Dismissal 3. For racial discrimination in accordance with s13 of the Equality Act 2010 and 4. Victimisation in accordance with s27 of the Equality Act 2010. 2 The Issues 1.
