Breach of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights 1966, Article 1. 1.5. Breach of section 1(c) of the Malicious Communications Act 1988. 2. For the avoidance of doubt, the only claims made by the claimant that shall proceed to a final hearing are claims of unfair dismissal contrary to Part X of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and harassment related to the protected characteristic of religion or belief contrary to section 26 of the Equality Act 2010.
