Contrary to Section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the respondent has made unlawful deductions from the wages of the claimant in the sum of £1,069.90 which sum the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant. 2. The Respondent did not provide the Claimant with a written statement of initial employment particulars in accordance with s1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The tribunal awards the Claimant two weeks’ pay (£700 per week gross) a total of £1,400.00.
