EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: R Hand Respondent: 1. Philip Higgs 2. Manchester Bus Tours Ltd JUDGMENT The claim is struck out. REASONS 1. Following the case management hearing on 26 June 2025, the Claimant was required to provide further information about his claim within 14 days. No information was received from the Claimant. 2. On 15 September 2025, the Tribunal sent the Claimant a reminder and warning him that if he did not comply by 22 September 2025, consideration may be given to striking out the claim on the basis it was not being actively pursued, no response from the Claimant was received. 3. On 29 October 2025 the claimant was ordered to comply with the case management orders dated 26 June 2025 by 14 November 2024 or his claim would be struck out, no response was received. 4. A strike out warning was sent on 19 December 2025. The Claimant has not responded to the strike out warning. 5. The claim is therefore struck out.
