The claimant’s claim for breach of contract is well founded. 2. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £9,441.67 as damages for breach of contract. The sum awarded to the claimant has been calculated as follows: 3.1 The claimant’s employment terminated on 13 January 2025. The claimant was contractually entitled to three months’ notice pay, but was only given one month’s notice. The claimant is awarded the balance of two months’ notice pay (£9,166.67), together with two months’ employer’s pension contributions (£275.00). 3. The respondent shall pay the sum due to the claimant on or before 20 February 2026.
