The claimant’s claims for breach of contract involving: (i)his 5% equity stake; and (ii) his continuing interest in the debt/equity raised of 0.12% and of asset sales of 0.05% are dismissed on withdrawal, with the claimant reserving his position as to whether he will bring separate claims in the County Court.
