The Tribunal finds that it is properly able to determine the following aspects of the claim on the material available to it. 2. Pursuant to Rule 22 (2) the Tribunal has determined that the complaint of automatically unfair dismissal is well founded, and the Claimant was unfairly dismissed by reason of her being pregnant. 3.
