The claimant’s claim that he was unfairly dismissed is not well founded and is dismissed. Reasons 1. By this claim the claimant brings a claim of unfair dismissal The respondent contends that the claimant was fairly dismissed by reason of misconduct. 2. The tribunal has heard evidence from the claimant, Mr Darren Bartholemew, Mr Carl Rudge, and Mr Max Jones, and read the witness statements of Mr Nicholas Stevens and Ms Sophie Holland.
