The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the Claim of unfair dismissal because it was presented out of time, it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time and even, if it wasn’t, it is not reasonable to extend time to the date the Claimant then presented her claim. 2. Unfair dismissal is the Claimant’s only claim and therefore her claim is dismissed. That concludes these proceedings.
