EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Thompsons of Prudhoe Limited Respondent: Benjamin Joseph Dixon - HM Inspector of Health and Safety Date: 30 January 2026 JUDGMENT BY CONSENT Upon the parties having agreed terms of settlement consistent with the powers of the Employment Tribunal, as set out in Section 24 (2) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, it is hereby ordered by consent that: 1. The Appeal against Prohibition Notice No. P/992107DJB25-02 is allowed. 2. The aforesaid Prohibition Notice is therefore cancelled. 3. There be no order for costs as between the parties to the appeal.
