The claimant complains of: 1.1. Unfair dismissal; 1.2. Indirect disability; Case No: 2305065/2024 1.3. Discrimination arising from disability; 1.4. Failure to make reasonable adjustments. 2. The issues for the tribunal were determined at a case management hearing on 12.6.2025 and slightly amended at the start of the final hearing. They are set out in the attached Annex. Evidence 3.
