The Claimant’s claim that: a. her dismissal on 29 November 2023; b. the Respondent’s failure to pay Statutory Sick Pay in the September 2023 payroll period; and c. the Respondent’s initial refusal to pay Statutory Maternity Pay, constituted pregnancy and maternity discrimination contrary to section 18 Equality Act 2010 (EqA) succeeds. The Claimant’s remaining claims under section 18 EqA are dismissed. 2. The Claimant’s claim that her dismissal was automatically unfair in breach of section 99 Employment Rights Act 1996 fails and is dismissed. 3. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following sums: Case No: 2302162/2024 a. Compensation for injury to feelings in the sum of £2,000; and b.
