The complaint of direct age discrimination is not well-founded and is dismissed. Harassment 2. The complaint of harassment related to age arising from comments made by the pharmacist on 3 November 2024 is well-founded and succeeds. 3. The remaining complaints of harassment related to age are not well-founded and are dismissed. Remedy 4. The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £2,000 as agreed compensation.
