Case No: 2216961/2024 2 REASONS Introduction 1. The claimant has been employed as a Senior Enterprise Architect at the respondent, a global financial services provider, since 22 December 2017. He remains employed. ACAS conciliation commenced on 10 January 2024 and concluded on 21 February 2024. The claim was presented on 21 March 2024. 2. The claimant brings claims of: (i) Direct race discrimination; (ii) Failure to make reasonable adjustments; (iii) Victimisation; and (iv) Protected disclosure detriment. 3. Disability was in issue. Procedure, documents, and evidence heard 4. The parties were represented by both solicitors and counsel during the final hearing. Solicitors attended throughout for both parties. 5.
