The complaint of being subjected to detriments for making protected disclosures is well-founded and succeeds. 2. The acts to which the complaint relates were to some extent caused or contributed to by actions of the Claimant and it is just and equitable to reduce the compensation awarded to the claimant by 50%. 3. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following sums: a. Compensation for financial losses: £3,569.04; b. Compensation for injury to feelings: £2,172.
