Accordingly, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear this claim and it is dismissed. 3 It was reasonably practicable to submit the claims of unpaid wages and unpaid notice pay within time. Accordingly, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear these claims and they are dismissed.
