REASONS The claimant failed to attend today’s final hearing. She had not contacted the tribunal in advance to notify the tribunal that she could not attend. The tribunal had written to the claimant asking her to quantify her claims. She did not respond, thus necessitating today’s hearing. The tribunal clerk telephoned the claimant, after the time for the commencement of the hearing, on her mobile telephone and left a message on voicemail once the call rang out unanswered.
